What is your return policy ? 
Planet Sports  warehouse locations offer a 10 day return policy on most products, after citing sufficient reason. 
The management has full rights to decide whether the customer receives monetary refund or replacement of the items. 
ALL logistics and handling charges must be paid by the customer when goods are returned. 

Depending on the circumstances, any request for cancellation may incur two-way return shipping cost+packaging cost+payment processing charges , which shall be additionally borne by you. 

Which items cannot be returned once bought ? 
Product Exclusions and Restrictions: 
The following products and their likes canot be returned: Shuttle cocks, wearables like grips and innerwear etc. 
The following items cannot be returned if the package is opened or the factory seal is broken: Cricket/Baseball/Softball Bats, Cricket/Cycling Helmets, Face coverings etc. 

Which products are not eligible for cancellation and/or refunds ? 
(i) Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
(ii) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. 

What should I do if my order does not arrive?
In case your order is not shipped within the above stipulated time, please Contact Us within 10 days of non-delivery and we shall be glad to assist you. 

What if there is no one at home when the order arrives?
In such a cases, the courier will leave a note requesting a call back at a given number, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery.

What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?
Please do not accept the package and contact us so that we assist you with further instructions.

How will I get the refund on cancellation /returns?
Depending on your payment method, you will receive the refund in the same manner in which you made the original payment ie. Credit card/Debit Card/Online Banking. 
Please allow 14 days from the receipt of the returns by us for further processing. 

What if there is a dispute regarding returns?
In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. 
In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Jaipur ( Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.’s liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
