How can I cancel my order? 
In case you want to cancel your order, please Contact Us within 1 day ( 24 hours) of initial purchase and we shall be glad to assist you.
Any changes will be made after citing sufficient reason. 

What are the terms and conditions for cancellation? 
orders can only be cancelled after citing sufficient reason. 
If the order has only been received, and not yet been shipped you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any). 
In case the order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur two-way return shipping cost+packaging cost+payment processing charges , which shall be additionally borne by you. 
Kindly email us at orders@PlanetSports.in for any cancellation requests immediately. 

In case, the order is just about to be shipped , you will incur at least the packaging cost + payment processing charges. 
We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not.

Please note that personalised items like personalised racquets/bats/costumes, consumables and racquet strings etc. AND products where the manufacturer's packing has been opened. cannot be cancelled or replaced. 

Please note that certain items carry no guarantee or any warranty (even for a day), and cannot be cancelled or replaced.  

What should I do if my order does not arrive?
In case your order is not shipped within the above stipulated time, please Contact Us within 10 days of non-delivery and we shall be glad to assist you.

Once I place an order, can I get the size/colour changed?
Yes, if your order has not been packaged, you may request for a change in size/colour without any charges. 
Yes, if your order has not been shipped, you may request for a change in size/colour with minimal charges. 
However, once the order has been shipped, any request for changes shall incur return & replacement shipping cost which shall be borne by you and we will not refund it. 
We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been packaged/shipped or not. 

How will I get the refund on cancellation /returns?
Depending on your payment method, you will receive the refund in the same manner in which you made the original payment ie. Credit card/Debit Card/Online Banking. 
Please allow 14 days from the receipt of the returns by us for further processing. 

Which products are not eligible for cancellation and/or refunds ? 
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

What if there is a dispute regarding returns?
In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. 
In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Jaipur ( Rajasthan) jurisdiction only. 
PlanetSports.in’s liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
